4. Orders & Payments
- By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
- All prices are listed, inclusive or exclusive of taxes as specified at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store payment details.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud, error, or misuse is suspected.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Fulfillment and shipping are handled by our production partners (Printful & Printify).
- Delivery times vary by product and location; estimated times are shown at checkout.
- We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. Because all items are custom-made, returns are limited to specific cases:
- Damaged, misprinted, or defective items: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. Please provide clear photos of the issue and your order details so we can process the claim promptly.
- Wrong item received: If you received an incorrect product, contact us within 10 days of delivery. We’ll cover the cost of correcting the mistake.
- Lost-in-transit orders: If your package never arrives, please reach out to us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement.
- Change of mind / buyer’s remorse: Because products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, color, or personal preference.
We handle all eligible claims directly with our production partners (Printful & Printify) to ensure smooth resolution. Claims are submitted within their required timeframes (generally within 30 days of delivery).
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, product designs, and photos, is the property of petprinties.com or our licensors.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
- If you upload custom artwork or photos, you confirm you have the rights to use that material and grant us a license to fulfill your order.

- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, lost data).
- Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you paid for the order in question.
